Would CHOPPY LAYERS look good on me?

Please read first people!!!!!!!

I have gotten choppy layers before with side bangs and it looked good but the thing is that my hair stylist moved from where i usually go so how should i tell them at the hair salon that i am planning on getting choppy layers and that i want someone who has experience with this? or will they lie to me and say ”i have experience” even if they don’t ?? ( I’m going to cost cutters) Also I’m planning on getting my side bangs up to my eyes and my choppy layers will begin from the nose, will this look good to you i am also going to take off two inches from my hair, and also should i straighten my hair when i go to show that i will be able to pull this look, or just go over there with wavy hair? also what other hair styles do you recommend and also i want to keep my hair long this is me: http://s335.photobucket.com/albums/m452/memb_yay/

Thank you for all your answers i got my hair exactly how i wanted it looks great i just need to straighten it and it will look fab omg! im so nervous about going to work with this new hair i wonder if they will compliment or notice it im sure they will
