I have so many blackheads, what can i use?

I have so many! all over my face. my nose, above my lip(even since i used hair remover they’re always there), forehead, cheeks and it just seems like my skin is so uneven and bumpy. I have really dry skin so please recommend something that works well for sensitive skin/hydrates skin. thanks
the majority of my blackheads are really small, btw. i can only pick out a few.
