(Girls) My peach fuzz is getting really noticeable any my mom said "no"! :(?

(i’m 12)Well, i’m not like really hairy as many people, (kinda) but with me i think with out all this hair i’d look prettier. I have no hair on my nose or cheeks, just on my arms(not that noticeable), on my legs, (but i usually wear skinny jeans and stuff and i don’t have to worry about it in the winter) My mom finally noticed my Uni-brow so she plucked it for me, and toled me to never pluck it cause then i’ll mess my eyebrows, (my moms good with hair and eyebrows and all that stuff..) She plucked it like late November and now i want her to do it again for me, i told her yesterday and she said “yes” then i told her a bout my peachfuzz and i told her how its bothering me more and people are gonna notice my mustache soon, from close up you can see it. I really waned to start a fresh new year, my mom’s not the type of person that’ll let me wax, she hates the idea!!!!! She’ll probably just pluck it, if possible. And my mom is like really close to me! I talk to her about all my problems! But, can i make it not noticeable (especially when i want to talk to some of my friends there probably notice) I tried that tape thing, not that helpful. And my mom won’t let me go to a specialist, or anything like that. I just think my peach fuzz on my upper lip has to go, i don’t wanna pluck it behind her back or anything. Shes gonna pluck my unibrow today… Anyway is there a type of thing not to notice my peachfuzz, (i can’t bleach it) or i’m not gonna buy hair remover or anything. PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Fast!!
People used to call me cute and stuff (which i still am) But when i started to grow hair i used to get less comments, no one makes fun of me. But, it just really BOTHERS ME!!!!!!! (i’m short, and adorable i’m skinny, and really funny) My hair is brown and wavy, which i love my hair! ) And i have big brown eyes with long eyelashes (natural)
